Video: Blanka vs. Dhalsim: Top Match 1: Street Fighter 4

This match starts off a bit slow, but the Blanka player soon shows you how you can get inside and really wreck a player quickly. You can see Blanka uses his hop several times to cross up Dhalsim and hit him with an Up Ball, from there he plays mind games to win the match.
