Right, but it's far more effective to use cr.lk as your hit confirm, since it hits low and does ten more damage than doing just one cr.lp (which in turn makes it stronger than the three in a row). I'm not saying your idea is bad, but there are better options. :P

#83 Pretty sure that the three cr.lp would be terrible for the damage scaling. You'd be better off learning to do just one, or replace the lp with a lk for a low-hitting start. Another good setup that comes to mind is cr.hp > st.mp xx EX Shoulder.

@189 Which is exactly the reason why it is an absolute joke that someone on the EH staff could be amateur enough to warrant calling this a "tier list." I don't see any match-up data here at all. Only thing I see here is a list of Mago's and Nemo's favorite to least favorite characters, and then their reasons why they do or don't like them. Yeah, for anyone who has read this far down, ...
Capcom considering new characters for arcade Super Street Fighter 4
Personally, what I'd be excited for would be the tweaks they'd be able to do to the game's balance with this technology. The whole reason they are making SSF4 was because they were getting balance complaints up to their necks, so if there are any issues with SSF4, all it would take is some time to make it, test it and patch it.
