Tiers for Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition v2012 by the EventHubs community
While tier list data can definitely be looked upon as a reference in regards to how one should approach certain matchups it should never be the end all be all in terms of a character's potential. Case in point: http://www.youtube.com/user/xxlongshotxx100 I have a feeling that Hakan in particular will be re-evaluated ,along the same lines as Ehonda was in vanilla, as the the game continues to evolve.
