@83 - You obviously haven't maxed out his mixup game potential. Strider is without a doubt top 10. @66 - I take it you haven't seen a real Chun-Li in action. She either needs to go up one or stay in place and have others moved down. There are a number of characters on Noel's list that are not at all better than her.

I see where you're coming from. Having not gone up against a good Chun-Li is understandable for placing her low. She is easily one of the highest, if not the absolute highest, execution characters in the game especially if you want to get the most damage possible.
