Also that juggle kick is garbage, you can only juggle with it if the opponent is in the corner and even then timing is really tight on it. Guile got nerfed because it is total frustration to play against guile, he can keep you out and spank you with back stings. I am sure all the shoto players wrote to capcom about it and capcom is just doing what people asked for. I guess not enough charge players wrote into capcom complaining about the joystick shortcuts.
