I am from Turkey and as a Turkish, I would like to inform you about Hakan. He is not an Arabic, adversely he is a Turkish fighter. In turkish language "HAKAN" means "The Emperor or The Concerior" Hakan is a Turkish fighter who is created based on traditional "kirkpinar wrestlers" (you can check on youtube). In this traditional wrestling game, fighters put oil on their bodies and fight starts.
