Just because Chun-Li can do this doesn't mean she's overpowered. A lot of characters have combos like this. My main, Gouken, has one that's pretty long and he's now considered a D-tier characters.

People keep asking whether or not one controller can be wired to both consoles and I'm not entirely sure that would be possible seeing as at least the 360 requires a controller to have hardware code written into it in order to prevent unauthorized accessories from being made for the 360 platform.
