Only reason they apparently did the release so early was because Marvel has limited rights to the content for so long. In a little bit, Disney will fully take over and get rights to the stuff they make. That's why Avengers and IM3 was fought for. If UMvC3EX/ MvC4 is to happen a whole new contract will be needed from Disney in a little over a year.

Hakan is powerful when oiled but his weakness is not being able to use oil when pressured. He has a standing sweep with Chun speed and range, his EX slide is as fast as Gouken's new Denjin Hadouken, his normals are cancelable, ultras and super get more damage. I doubt they will nerf all of that to make him a crappy grappler.

V.Sagat wasn't broken, just like Zangief he had to be read. But his damage output was extremely high above the rest. Starting a combo with a jumping forward HP got you more damage than a focus attack and it only cost 1 hit. Yun is considered broken probably because he's still hard to read. People try to reversal their way out of spaced dash punches unsafely. I'll admit though that Super Street Fighter Arcade Edition ...
