can anyone give me an intelligent answer on how will sagat's ultra II be useful? Considering tiger destruction being one of the best ultra in the game.. it seems like capcom is giving him an ultra II for the sake of it. No full hits on FADC link or whatsoever, who the f_ck will ever use it? Pls tell me that i'm wrong
