i don't get the tier rankings, the game doesn't change, so why does the character tiers change every few months? a character doesn't just get better so worse randomly, and some people might dominate with dan while losing every single battle with a character at the top of the tier list (like chun-li). there are a lot of people out there who could win with a low ranking character and completely bomb a fight with ...
