Juri "nerf" is irrelevant. You shouldn't be doing Senpusha on block anyways. It was never that safe. With that said, I can't believe they are wasting time on something like that VS the other 10 million moves that need to be made punishable on block.

Dudley were art thou?! What would be the best thing they could do if they really wanted to make the last batch of characters DLC is make them free if you buy the game new, but paid if you buy it used. Just my 2 cents.

@11 I'm fairly certain that it won't matter as long as they are using GFWL. And I highly doubt they would ever drop it. So I am sure the certification processes would still have to happen.
