Look up YouTube user ps360frame. He has very detailed video on input lag and frame rate for both vanilla Mvc3 and vanilla sf4, ps3 vs 360, side by side w/ all the info youd ever need. Its very well done and professional. They are both worse on ps3 but mvc3 is much worse.

@ 60 People play the games in japan that top players play. Daigo, tokido, kazunoko, now bonchan is gettin in mvc3. No big names played mvc2 seriously in japan, they had a surplus of popular fighting games, now there seems to be a shortage in japan.
