I said "poor" because everybody have some sort of computer and PC/Win are indeed the most "popular" and it can run games to play AND does a lot of other things... Meanwhile, you PC version haters have both, a computer AND a console...i can effort to have only one...and i guess, between a console and a PC, the PC is indeed a better choice... I don't know what "bucks" are, but here where i live, ...

It's just looks like a arcade version is the same as a PC version one but with that "coin system" because both run in the same kind of hardware... Damn...release a SSF4 PC version already... I don't understand you PC version haters with your fancy consoles...We are poor but also human beings! =(
