Spot on except for one thing, Wesker needs to be in the top row. I know people say that "oversaturation" hurts him but that's not what a tier is about, it's about the characters raw abilities. Wesker and Vergil both need to be in their own tier as far as I'm concerned.

Watching these are so irritating. There's good info in these videos but Jago's attitude just makes my eyes roll. It's not funny, entertaining, or impressive, it's just annoying and displeasurable to watch. Also, I love how even Yipes said on stream recently he thought Jago was an ass.
