@ AxlRed, I against Balrog I suggest learning how to do some option select jump ins, if not safe jump alot more. Makoto can't really jump in on the majority of the characters, so I would build meter from a safe distance by spamming Tsurugi (lk version), keep in mind Balrog's punches can all be grappled, just watch out for the lp, since he can shutdown makoto the same way he shuts down abel.
