Street Fighter 3 Third Strike guides, frame data, colors and more
Pretty important to know that the frame data is kinda off. The frame data is rumored to be based off of a console port (Dreamcast?) While OE is more or less based off the arcade port. If you look on the forums you can see plenty of guides that we are still working on. All of the characters WILL have guides its just a matter of when. Because with 3s its really hard to find info on the internet, while a lot of the Super guides come out faster because its easier to find info.
