He could have said, "Mago is a strong fighter..." or "It would be interesting to fight Mago as well but I am most interested in playing Daigo." Sako just pulled a Justin Wong. Don't know if anybody knows this but KSK asked if he would like to play a match against Mago and Sako simply implied he wasn't interested and only wanted to play Umehara-san. Don't know why he'd disrespect a top player like that.
