It is the duty of Tokido, Shiro, and every other Akuma and Makoto player to make a point of completely tanking during these loctests and informing any Capcom representatives there for feedback that the nerfs to these characters are completely unnecessary and only serve to cripple the characters' potential.

That's my point, all simply strong characters that were at or near top tier but weren't dominating tournaments. The devs' plan seems to be buffing most of the characters, including many of the strong ones I mentioned. But for some reason, Makoto gets nerfed like she was in the same boat w/ Fei and Yun. Makes no sense. Then they add in those pointless Hayate charge "buffs" as if that makes it a fair trade, ...

@TheMasterPlayer Actually, with each iteration the MAJORITY of the cast has gotten better. From Vanilla to Super the top tier got larger and the tiers themselves were condensed, making for anything but bland or boring results. Only a few characters (your main, Ryu I'm sure) have gotten progressively nerfed. This is always natural progression in the balancing process, some chars get better, others worse.
