I remember seeing a very similar list on a Japanese website. They had some match data like several thousand matches. So this list is probably based on that one, which can be considered accurate. (I just can't remember what site it is.) But most of the matches are online. Network lag played an important role. Even Daigo has some problems playing online, so I think maybe lags favor charging characters.
