There's unblockable, fake-cross up set-ups, and fireball reset shenanigans under FSE with Juri. But it begs to be asked... When has her U1 ever been a problem in Majors and Tournies, specifically in Japan or in the US? Very rarely will you see a Juri causing problems with U1 in a Major/Tournament at all. What are they basing that nerf on? Theorycrafting? Major/Tournament results? Online (lol)? Arcade Performance?
