At #72, we gotta add Daigo to the list. I agree with you that Dieminion, PR Rog and Latif may not be the best in the world. Latif at one time maybe-seem kinda rusty. But Daigo is definitely the best Ryu in the world.

Feel bad for Daigo. All his 8-10 hours daily training amounted to nothing against infiltration. Near the end, Daigo look absolutely broken - he had no clue how to handle infiltration. Best ryu in the world pinned in the corner, reduced to random mashing like a friggin scrub - too painful to watch....
