@TwoCoins I really dont know if you are a rufus player or why you talk like if you know him, but I see you are crying about that nerf and I will tell you something... kid just move to another easy character that are still out there (ryu, kazuya and friends) and let the mens like me use rufus now ;)

Its not the fact if they are popular or not, its the fact that ryu is a really powerfull (inlcuding stupidly) and the hell easy to use, same as kazuya, I hope a nerf for those (and others) is coming soon to see more variety

No character need to be buffed, the only problem here are ryu, kazuya, hugo, rolento, and maybe jin and ken (maybe) juri and rufus deserve that nerf, thoug they are somewhat slightly nerfed, that rufus -4 must be when do it so high, and juri can chance the senpusha for the fireball for pressure, I wished they nerfed her incredible antiair into big damage combo instead of this... From my opinion we just need a little nerf on ryu, kazuya, hugo, rolento, and maybe heihachi (too easy meterless damage) cuz now 90% of the teams have those mentioned characters (more ryus and kazuyas than any), and I really hope they dont "buff" others characters and make them the next brainless characters... when will be the other colors out?
