@13 Fei-Long was already very good in ssf4 so it is not "suddenly" at all. It is just that a lot of Fei players want to make ppl think otherwise by typing pages of text to defend why their char is not top tier...

I think Cammy players would not have complained if you could really strike "quite low to the ground". But the height restriction is like around Ryu's head when he is standing. I would not consider this as quite low to the ground... Given the slight pause when striking, this move has become so useless as it is so easy to dp.

I really don't get what he means with "quite low to the ground" as you can do it only almost on top her jump... Sako did a lot of strikes that are not possible now. Furthermore, ex bar was used for FADC dp, FADC drill and super. So the superbar was used in ssf4. It would have been nice to actually buff one of her specials instead of nerfing strike/spike/arrow while her remaining 2 specials ...

@115 So on what height did canon strike work? Only on peak of her jump or can you do it before she reaches the peak and/or after?
