New Super Street Fighter 4 tier lists from Mago and Nemo
I shocked to see that balrog and M. Boson is at the top of the tier list. I main both of them for a very long if that what they fell though. Well I just hope that I don't see that nspam of garbage Boxer and Dictator player ewwwww. :(

@VanillaSF4 Dude ur such a douche bag Dudley just like Balrog need to work to get in close while Ryu had that lazy dp to ultra projectiles and Hurricane Kicks to zone and has crossups. Dudley doesn't have the spam option like ryu he needs to play careful to do big damage like that also ryu new ultra has more damage than most ultras and can combo it by doing crossup then cr.mk then hadoken ...
