Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Chun-Li has an undiscovered off the ground attack
I don't see why Chun-Li is underrated in vanilla MVC3. She's quick, has good mix-ups, a relatively durable (and annoying) fireball, and a high priority Spinning Bird Kick (which most players seem to undermine). She'd be awesomer with OTG and Spinning Hornet Kick!

i never thought shuma gorath had such annoying voice ;[ you won't see me use him/her/it. jill was rumored to be the fastest character in the game. but she isn't very impressive, considering that there are already a lot of good rush down characters from capcom (like zero and chun-li)
