Maybe I'm just an outward thinker, but..... I really wanted there to be a playable(balanced) version of Galactus. He's one of my favorite comic characters of all time. Not sure why but I'm imagining a mix of Bison and Shao Khan marvelized.

El Fuerte Ultra II Damage Nerf (ridiculous) Abel Ultra II Damage Nerf (further ridiculous) Rose Ultra II Startup Frames (instant pressure? wtf) Slightly Smaller active hitbox on Ryu's cr. forward Ibuki overall damage nerf More recovery on Akumas Demon Flip *sigh* It was the only thing that didn't come true T_T
