this is a great idea, specially if you can record the matches and conversation. Practicing by yourself will get you progress at a snails pace (unless you're talented). These guys will clearly know what you're doing wrong and can tell you about bad habits you will not find out by yourself.

there one thing people like to look over with tier lists. it's accurate when the two people playing are of the same skill. that's when advantages/disadvantages occur. since tier lists are like the ten commandments to some, they might want to remember that fact.

sf x tekken is probably going to be released winter 2011. tekken vs sf on the other hand will be 2012. if tekken 6 was any indicator, namco's version will take it's sweet ass time for a more polished game, hopefully.

keeping street fighter as grassroots and local will have the side effects of top level players moving away from it to games that benefits them more. I can see guys going from sf4 to T6 just because of the money. this isn't just for fun for them, they have bills to pay.
