Hakan is a ridiculous character. Just like all the other new SFIV characters in that game. But with Hakan, how stupid. To my knowledge he's the first character in all of the entire series (SFII,EX,III,etc) where you have to do something first with that character, in order to carry out the rest of his commands in order to use him to his full potential.
