What are the mechanics behind ex dive? Sometimes on block he bounces and sometimes he drops in front. Can u control what happens on block?

2 be honest, the additions r welcome as far i'm concerned but all i really want are more additions to the character list. Yun and Yang are cool, but more unique fighters are a plus! Elena and Rolento 4 their fighting styles, Alex 4 his speed with strength, R.Mika because of her match ups with other grapplers like El Fuerte & any other 3s fighter like Q or Necro.
