What in the #$($ is with Mai's 3 sizes? 87" breasts and 91" hips are beyond absurd for a girl her size, or almost any girl for that matter. Only thing I can think of is that they are supposed to be in centimeters and these guys are idiots.

Could be placeholder data bro. Not that I put it past Capcom to fully develop 4 characters, include them with the game and then charge extra for them later, but there's no guarantee the entire character data is there.
