@ BFPhony People are forgetting that the Silver Surfer is capable of recreating his board. His board has been destroyed in the comics before. It's rare (because it's practically indestructible), but he was able to reform it. He is also capable of flight with OR without his board, so they could give him a flight special, and since he is capable of recreating his board when the player executes a move that requires his board, ...

If Seth actually believed this, the Silver Surfer would be in the game, because as far as story is concerned he is more relevant than any other fighter on the roster. And SS would have been an absolute blast to play. I am very upset he was removed.
