This is bizzare... Rufus' enitre gameplan revolves around his dive kick, what were they thinking nerfing it so hard? Don't get me wrong, I hate dive kick characters and would be happy if dive kicks NEVER appeared in any future SF titles BUT... Rufus IS in this game and they have just made him useless, another ridiculous decision in an already poorly designed game, what on earth is going so wrong with this design team?!?!?
