HELLO!!! This game is called Super Sagat Fighter IV for a reason. Here's an official tier list from Square Enix: S+(Sagat + rank) Sagat A(all others) Ryu Ken Akuma Rose Makoto Dudley etc. LOL. Actually no offense guys, I main sagat as well, but its just funny to see people rip on him.

@ #23 Ken's HP SRK, Akuma's HP SRK, Ryu's EX SRK, and Sagat's EX TU all will break through Gouken's demon flip parry. I'm not entirely sure, but since all moves on reversal break hyper armor, all reversal SRK's should leave Gouken's old ass on the ground with broken glass in his face...
