I remember seeing a trailer where they where showing a bunch of characters and one of the clips showed her doing a super-hazanshu super. I think thats her lvl 3. Let me go search for it. :D

*OFF TOPIC* but whats with all the complaints about Chun-Li being broken in SSF4 and that she needs to be nerfed? The worst part is that I have only been hearing these complaints after the tier list was recently updated. Is there a reason she needs to be nerfed? Not that many use her doesn't guarantee wins.
