Cammy's "vortex" has no real mixup options, she can't do anything other than throw or frame trap. Hell unless she does crossup lk you don't even have to block high. It requires a player to make skilled reads on the opponent, no free mindless crap like with Seth or Akuma. Chi-Rithy was able to find Diemenion's throw tech rhythm and blow it up, which very few people are usually able to do.

When one of these Japanese players actually mans up and PLAYS Cammy, then they can call her top tier. As it stands, she just got bodied in the Topanga tournament, so no. She is great no doubt, but she's not on the same level of BS as Seth. Frame traps ain't nothing next to a command throw and a DP that beats everything in mash fighter IV.

Wow, that's the first time he's given a legitimate reason for boning PC versions. It's not exactly explained properly, but his point is that Microsoft just won't allow it unless you have a Gold sub on a GFWL account... which nobody does unless they're sharing it with a 360 account, so it's pointless. While they did allow it a couple times in the past (aforementioned LP:C and Shadowrun), it's pretty clear they never will again.
