@46 Wesker becoming more powerful from his glasses didn't originate from anything though, it's just him getting angry. I'm 100% positive that Wesker players are effected by the status of his glasses, i.e. 'bitch did you just knock off my shades?' so they included that physically in the game.

If Ultimate Wesker is going to be like vanilla, he didn't need it but it's an interesting, fun and different. I like that. Honestly I don't think he needs any buffs aside from health. I use him in conjunction with Haggar. I lariat assist, double jump cross up then combo. It makes for a deadly team and the lariat's knockdown allows a follow up with the fire bottle toss to scythe toss to goddess' bracelet.
