yeah, there are always exceptions but there is almost always a Viper in the top 3 of any major. Gen > makoto because of his mixup options, and he actually has a decent wakeup move. mak has nothing outside of EX chop. Gen also actually has viable anti airs and many more ways to combo into ultra.

wow .....i agree with some things, but disagree very strongly with others. first of all, Gen lower than Makoto ? really ? that has absolutely no merit. Gen is a much better character than Mak. Viper below Fei ? are they effing high ? Rufus middle B tier ? please. Rufus is top 5. look at tournament results.
