@5: I couldn't agree more. Hell, they made a term for their bosses that's known as "SNK Boss Syndrome". I don't hear about a "Capcom Boss Syndrome". SNK is known for having BS and ridiculously hard bosses. It's just a flat-out fact. I'd rather play Gill on expert than play Magaki from KOF XI on normal.

@ 8: I don't think it's just parrying. If you look at the demos, they're showing a lot of subtle mechanics to the game. One in particular that I find interesting is Kazuya dashing and dodging an attack. This could infer there are either cross brand mechanics (tekken characters will have that dash/dodge and SF will have parrying) or, something along the lines of both. From how this looks. Don't get me wrong, it's damn impressive. But then again, this looks like a publicity stunt of sorts. Let him enter the next 7 tournaments using ONLY Makoto, no matter how bad the match-up and then I'll believe this hype. I think he's still shaken from his loss to Gamerbee in my opinion. I honestly say this. For Alpha series, Rolento, Karin and Mika. From SF3...to keep continuity, I would say Alex, Yun and Yang. If not the last 2, then use Sean and Urien. I think they'd make amazing additions and it'd be easy to work around their tweaks needed. Hugo...as cool as it would be, meh. Oh, and for adding a real Final Fight character...HAGGAR!! WE WANT THE MAYOR!!

If they put in new characters, I'd say put in Karin, R.Mika, Rolento from Alpha series. Then for SF3 series, put in Alex, Elena and either Q, Yun or Yang. I think those would be AMAZING additions. But if they were to do that, then they would have to add them for console, which would be really cool DLC in my opinion.

the movie was fantastic in my opinion. it's funny that the limited budgets and tech these guys had actually look better than most hollywood movies that have come out as of late. this simply proves that you don't need a crap ton of money and bad actors/fight choreography to make a film about a video game.
