I'd probably put Ryu over Ken in terms of footsies. Ken, unlike Ryu and Akuma, has a lot less knockdown opportunities, and lacks a fast sweep.

That Ryu hitbox change is horrible. The only reasoning I can come up with is so some characters can combat it more reliably now...which is dumb. There were many ways to compete with it already.
