@18 Because the good Marvel movies were made by Marvel Studio, thus the people who have a creative hand on those stories were involve, and the company that made the comics is the one putting the money and making decisions. On other movies, the films and decisions are made by company men who, either aren't fans, don't know what people like and don't know how to make a proper movie.
