I don't understand why fighting games are compared to Starcraft. They are two completely different genres. I think I get it now: If scissor kicks gives no frame advantage, it basically means after a lk scissor, both players are in an equal opportunity state, which makes it come down to the decision that both players take after the blocking of the last hit. And to make the right decision, it will depend on your reads. Thanks. :)

Hmmm... I'm a noob, so enlighten me please. Is countering Bison's lk scissor with Fei cr. hp as easy as Bison putting Fei into a block string with lk scissor? As in, can it be done on reaction?
