Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 footage from The Comboratory Combofiend vs. Noel Brown
lol I remember those MVC3 days when Noel used to be a nobody and Combofiend was destroyin Yipes and the whole EC gang in some Excellent Adventures. If Combo's focusing with KOF, I hope it pays off, because clearly here is not as dominant as months ago. By now, those Morrigan teams seem undefeatable, at least Marlinpie, Jwong or any Japanese make something about it.

who could hate the Beast? No doubt he will always be remembered as the best of all time. Dig it.
Four titans give thoughts on fighting games - Seth Killian, Yosuke Hayashi, Mike Z and Maximilian: Fighting Game Symposium part 1
Max is a Titan, definetly. And it's not because his confirmed experience in fighting games, mostly because all his released material has great quality value, it's fun and educative at the same time. For me is one of the most articulate persons in the FGC, and I would prefer to listen his opinion about the future of the community and the games, rather than someone like FChamp, Arturo or Mike Ross. Guys like Max, Ultrachen ...
Tiers for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 by the EventHubs community
#120 Well, if you say I know crap about the game, then I say YES, but Jwong, Combofiend, ChrisG etc... Those are the people who know about the game, their results validate them, results that you and me, average players, don't have. Obviously we gather information from their performances, that's what drives public opinion. Personal skill, knowledge and execution is what keep us, average players, apart from winning EVO using Phoenix the way Viscant did. ...
Tiers for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 by the EventHubs community
#42 Relative strength? Just keep this in mind, you can't compare apples and oranges, offense and defense are both ways to take a victory. I still believe what pros accomplish on tourneys matters for this list, Marlinpie with C.Viper is my best example, but those long combos are easy to drop, what he does is an exception. Wesker has faced opposition in the new defensive styles, and most of them rely on Doom's hidden missiles ...
Updated: Team Spooky's Savage Saturdays from Next Level arcade results added for SSF4 AE v2012, UMvC3 and Skullgirls
#17 Sorry... I remember MVC2 as a fast-paced game... no animations or long 4$$ combos, just unbalanced characters. Maybe you meant MVC3.

Tiers for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 by the EventHubs community
Ok here are my thoughts. 1) Tier lists reflect what PROS accomplish with the characters in a determined period of time. It's just pure BS. Doom in A+ it's the perfect example, he's being used a lot by defensive players as an assit or battery, but by his own Doom is not that reliable. Wesker not in A+... are your serious? He doesn't even need an assit to inflict serious damage, has great mobility, lot ...
Skullgirls releases today on Xbox Live Arcade, already available on PlayStation Network
#163 I've never said they shouldn't pursue profit, obviously they will but there are many ways of making it. Good games will be noticed, now that the internet is the biggest internet source we are able to know which games deserve attention, no matter the size of the companies developing/promoting them. Capcom already has a history of success with the SF series, the game was outstanding 20 years ago and kept a line of progress ...
Cliff Bleszinski: On-disc DLC an unfortunate reality in many games
On disc DLC content is bad, and there's nothing to argue with that. Capcom's mission like every other company is to profit, OK, but why not to profit making an excellent game like they used to? If the genre (FG games) is not as a popular as in the past decades, I think it's because of it's lack of innovation. New technology is not making an impact in fighting games, there's some improves in graphics ...
