@108 being a Vega (claw) user myself i must say that his buffs are modest, almost hitting mediocre but not quite i mean his Dash got a buff so its easier to pull of the Rolling crystal FADC crjab+crMP EX wall dive. Also his hardest hitting combo is jumpin HK+sHP+EXRolling crystal flash+crMP Ending with EX wall dive. does about 500 Damage. That alone is more than some Ultras and supers so Vega isnt totally screwed ...

No Night Crawler??? im thinking that Wesker was Nightcrawler but scrapped him and made him into Wesker, i mean the Maximum Wesker Hyper looks alot like the Special that Nightcrawler had in the classic X-Men arcade beat em up. Also Weskers S has kinda like a spining Tail effect to it that im guessing was a good old Kurt Wagners tail, lets not forget Weskers Teleport that leaves something like Smoke in his vanish.
