Very early Super Street Fighter 4 tier list speculation
I've been playing Guile since vanilla and I can honestly say that he is definitely not A+. B,B+ maybe but not top tier. Ryu, Sagat, and Akuma still run the show. This is way early.

@b4ym4n Improving Guile's normals is a HUGE deal. Good Guile players like Dagger_G, Rebelo, GeoM, and Dieminion use Guile's normal to their full potential. Anyone who plays Guile seriously will tell you that his normals are what wins most matches. If they improved them (range, recovery, priority, etc.) then Guile with will be a much better character.
