There will NEVER be a 100% balanced fighting game... EVER! Show me one if there is. SF4 actually isn't as bad as people say. SF 3s/Blazblue/Smash/CvS2/MvC2 etc. All have bigger gaps from lowest character to the highest character than SF4.

Like people have been saying on here (some people), this guy only had the game for a day... 1 day for all 35 chars. So we shouldn't take this like it's all the tweaks. There might be a few(or a lot) of things he didn't really notice (priority/minor frame changes etc.). I'm pretty sure there is still something good about lower tier characters (hoping). The armor breaking moves breaking the counter ultras is dumb though ...
