@DarkDream command normals aren't "accessible". it's not about an assist while in blockstun, it's assisting while holding back. the mvc2 way gave options to people in defense and offense, while the new scheme seems to reward the attacker. quite a difference. Tagging in mvc2 made more sense, with either 2 punches or 2 kicks. Accidental tags aren't fun as well, but whatever...
