They are real leaks. Just like SFxTK, the characters will have swap costumes... and the video of Heihachi fighting Nina and him doing Ryu's moves, it's because they are using Heihachi's body to create Ryu, and they are using Nina's body to create Chun-Li... look at the way they move!

I'm only getting Sakura, Alisa, Poison, Lili and Chun-Li's swap costumes... I don't like any of the others, but yes, I will be getting the alternate costumes... those are great looking!
