@coknballs I totally agree. Rose is a character that involves skill and U1 is under appreciated. I think U2 is more of a combo link to be flashy, while U1 does the real damage, and its a great AA. Personally, I love playing against shotos..unless the other player is quite skilled, its the same recycled fireball, cr.mk fireball, shoryuken, jump away hurricaned kick. Too predictable. This is quite understandable however to the fact that shotos have an easier learning curve than most characters. I think its more of a disadvantage using shotos since so many people use them.
