Afaik EX Raida doesn't have any better juggle properties than regular Raida. However it can be used from further away in corner juggles. Otherwise it seems pretty spot on, good guide!

If there's a difference it's likely not a SSF4 thing, but the console itself. Have tests like this been done on other games? I also believe there *could* be a difference (due to processing power required) between PS3 slim and fat, since they have different numbers of USB connections. The number of connected peripherals (USB or wireless) could also affect the input delay. Maybe even network connection? What I'm trying to say is lots of ...
