Poison is not a tranny, in japan she was originally a woman, but they changed it for the american version becuz they america frowned upon women getting beat up (final fight) so they just took the easy route and said she was a dude. Since she was a woman first, she is woman thats just the rules. First come first serve, so there is no shame for wanting a piece..
